James Hodgkin

Associate Director of LTI and University Librarian - University of Gloucestershire

James Hodgkin is the Associate Director of Library, Technology & Information and University Librarian at the University of Gloucestershire, having previously worked at Oxford University and The Natural History Museum. He has led key learning technology and data projects aimed at transforming the student experience. This has led James to speak at many conferences on the topic of learning analytics and library data, including ACRL in Cleveland and Jisc Digifest, plus contributing to articles in Times Higher Education. He is chair of the UK OCLC User Group and a member of the SCONUL Technology and Markets Steering Group. James’ current focus is collaborating on curriculum design and a new campus build in Gloucester integrated into a city-centre regeneration project.
