Pauldy is Lecturer (Education) in Psychology at Brunel University London and currently the Deputy Divisional Lead in the Division of Psychology. She is the Psychology FHEQ Level 4 Coordinator, a Recognised Programme Developer, and Fellow of the Brunel Academy for the Transformation of Teaching. She is the founder of Otermans Institute and her curriculum is being taught in 9 countries globally. Otermans Institute is currently also working with governments in India and Afghanistan and in UN camps in Iraq. Her work has been recently awarded by the UK Prime Minister and supported by Innovate UK. She was also listed as one of 100 pioneering women through the years who have helped shape Brunel University London. Apart from her work as an academic and educationist, she is also a UK school governor and is a trustee of Cambridge Student Union – a multimillion-pound student-facing charity that represents all of the students of the University of Cambridge. She is a regular speaker on innovative curriculum design, lockdown learning solutions and new teaching and learning methodologies.
