Dr Pauldy Otermans

Chair and Principal - Otermans Institute

Dr Pauldy Otermans is a global champion of bringing employability into education and transforming learning using innovative teaching methods and technology. She created a system though Otermans Institute (OI), which she co-founded, that upskilled thousands of learners across 10 countries in just one year showing the cross-border effectiveness of innovative teaching delivery and content. She has also co-founded OI AI which is a virtual AI-driven personalised teacher that can engage and teach learners on demand from any smart device. Apart from being Chair and Principal of Otermans Institute, she is an academic at Brunel University London, a fellow of Higher Education Academy, and has a background in cognitive neuroscience, cognitive psychology and neuromarketing. She was awarded by the UK Prime Minister for her work as an educationist through Otermans Institute and previously was listed as one of the 100 women who helped shape Brunel University London. Her work in education also includes being a Trustee of Cambridge University SU and a Governor of Clifton Primary School.
